First of all, using some of those options user may configure questions/answers flow during the practice.
After some experience with Nootka, user may want to automatize confirming every answer and asking for next question.
Option Check answer without requiring confirmation will allow to skip clicking check answer button every time. It is called Experts mode and the app will popup some rules which have to be remembered:
Enabling ask next question automatically will reduce another user action. This way practicing with Nootka can pass off even without touching keyboard, mouse or screen.
